Web Site Wednesday Gives Kids An Educational Boost
Science And Government Topics Are Online
HOUSTON, Updated 10:24 p.m. CDT August 16, 2000 -- On the list of school supplies students need this year, Internet access is at the top. Mad Science Network

There are countless Web sites that offer fun and education for children of all ages and interests.

Students can keep up with the Democratic Convention by visiting Scholastic.com. The site features news and information delivered by five junior correspondents who range from 11-14.

Kids who always wonder how they did that, can find out by simply logging onto Madsci.org.

The Web site answers all the scientific questions children ever wanted answers to. Children first search the site for their specific question and answer. If the question has not been answered on the site, it is given to a scientist to answer.
